What can I expect from my appointment?

I can come to your home or favorite coffee house (with wi-fi). For some issues, we can use the telephone. My goal is to resolve your issue during our meeting. Some types of work or education may require more time than booked. Not to worry, we can easily arrange a follow-up appointment that suits your schedule.

What areas do you serve?

We are based in Atlanta, Georgia in the neighborhood of Kirkwood--close to vibrant areas of East Atlanta like Viriginia-Highlands, Inman Park, Reynoldstown, and Edgewood. We also serve Midtown, Buckhead, Chastain, and Druid Hills. Our core service area is within 30 minutes. No travel charge. Service requests outside of our area will be quoted upon request.

What is your cancellation policy?

You know that feeling when your tech isn't working, your blood pressure is rising, and you want to scream? We all do. That's why I do my best to serve you promptly. I can only do that if everyone respects the schedule. Please cancel by phone or text at 470-235-4000 at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellation fee applies.
