If you are not fully satisfied with our services within 30 days of your initial session, we offer a 100% refund, no questions asked. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we stand behind our work to ensure you feel supported on your digital journey.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: We understand that plans can change. To receive a full refund, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you need to reschedule, we will work with you to find a suitable time without penalty. However, cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will not be eligible for a refund.
The following items cannot be refunded:

● Appointment Cancellations outside of the 24 hour window
Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
