How We Work Together
I meet you wherever you're most comfortable, most often in your home, and work on your own computers, phones, and tablets. I teach you how everything works at a pace that suits you.
Every visit is with me personally, a real person every time, with no call centers and no rotating technicians. I'm fully insured, have completed HIPAA privacy and security training, and bring that discipline to every device, password, and account in your home.
For you and your family
Many of my clients are seniors whose adult children help coordinate their care. You're welcome to join the consultation, and I'll explain each step to both of you in plain language. I work with the owner of the devices, and I share details only as they choose.
How I can help
*Setup, security, and training. The Foundation Project begins with a review of your devices and accounts, then sets up a password manager, multi-factor authentication, and malware protection, and teaches you how it all works.
*Reliable backup. Your photos and files saved automatically to a secure cloud account, set up, tested, and explained.
*A new phone, tablet, or computer. Your files, photos, settings, and logins moved over, and your old device securely erased.
*Wi-Fi and TVs. Router setup, speed checks, dead zones, and connecting your phones, tablets, computers, and streaming devices. TV and cable box setup is included when it's part of a project.
*Device purchase guidance. Clear, unbiased suggestions before you buy, from someone who doesn't sell devices.
*Continuity & Legacy Plan. Set up so someone you trust can step in to manage your accounts and devices if you're ever unable to. It works alongside your estate attorney's documents and doesn't replace a will, trust, or power of attorney.
Every service concludes with your full understanding of the finished work. If a project needs more time, we arrange a follow-up that suits your schedule.
