Foundation Project
Establishes a comprehensive, secure baseline for your entire device ecosystem, recommended before Standard Projects, but not required.
Discovery & Assessment
I review your devices, accounts, network, current backup and security posture, and related subscriptions, and leave you with a written, prioritized list of what's worth addressing and why.
Benefit: A plain English understanding of exactly what needs attention before small issues become big problems.
Setup, Security & Training
Router hardening, device encryption, a password manager, multi-factor authentication setup on key accounts, virus and malware protection set up and configured across your Windows and Apple devices. Service concludes with teaching you how everything works, so you're genuinely comfortable managing what's now in place.
Benefit: Feel protected and in control, not just told everything's handled.

Continuity & Legacy Plan
A one-time technical implementation so someone you trust can step in if you're unable to manage your accounts and devices yourself. I configure the mechanisms your accounts provide—Apple, Google, your password manager, and more—leaving you with a written record to review with your estate attorney.
Benefit: No panicked scrambling over lost access.

Cryptocurrency, business accounts, and physical security items fall outside of scope.
Reliable Backup System
A secure cloud backup account, automatic backup configuration, testing, and instruction, covering every device in your household. (Backup accounts and drives not included)

New Device Transition
Setup and migration from your previous device, so your new one works like the one it's replacing: files, photos, settings, and logins carried over. Includes setting up your password manager and activating your desired backup or synchronization for the device. Secure erasure of your old device, prepared for resale or donation.
Benefit: Enjoy your new device set up as you like it, and your old one prepared for handoff without security concerns.

Parental Controls
Age-appropriate content filtering, screen time limits, and social media supervision, set up across your children's devices and your home network, plus location sharing. I'll walk you through the management controls, so you can adjust them as necessary.
Benefit: Calm confidence in your children's online safety.

Wi-Fi and Internet
Router setup and firmware updates, band selection, encryption, guest network setup, and speed verification, plus connecting all phones, tablets, computers, and TV streaming devices (i.e., Kindle Fire, Roku, etc). Dead zones resolvable with router repositioning or plug-in extenders are included (plus hardware).
Benefit: Fast, reliable, no-stress internet for work and play.

Before you buy your new phone, tablet, or computer, I will provide clear suggestions tailored to your needs, not reflexively what's newest, most feature-laden, and expensive. You receive unbiased expertise from someone who does not sell devices and will recommend the best places to make your purchase.
